This unit was built with a unique view that looks both down Lake Charlevoix all the way to Advance and also out the front across the bay with a view of Avalanche. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath lower level unit has all the conveniences of location and the advantage of being on the lower level. Excellent for year round vacationers who want to take advantage of being close to everything the Boyne Area has to offer and be within walking distance to the water, downtown and all of the activities.

A fantastic rental unit at a superb condominium complex. Very clean. Very comfortable. The unit had everything that our small group (3) needed for a late summer getaway. In fact, it was a pleasant surprise that the pool was still open (mid-September) and we were able to enjoy it, given the summer temperatures. I strongly recommend.

The perfect getaway!

A beautiful, well-cared-for condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the lake with expansive views of the water. It is quiet and close to anything you want to do downtown. It’s a quick drive to Charlevoix & Petoskey. The owner was great with communication and provided all the details needed along with local recommendations. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the water view and sunsets. We would stay again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

The Landings

Everything was outstanding, as usual (our fourth year). The Landings are simply amazing. Great location, perfect setting on beautiful Lake Charlevoix, and Boyne City is a great small town that offers more than you would want. Plus, it is close to many of the best sites in Northern Michigan such as an hour from Mackinaw City/Mackinac Island. Patty and Alan are terrific hosts and keep the unit spotless. As I said in prior review, We feel fortunate to be able to stay in such a lovely unit.

Beautiful condo with the best views

We really loved this property. Location and views were perfect. Enjoyed the pool, pier and water trampoline. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Literally everything we needed. The one drawback was the noise from the upper unit. However, worth it staying here! Great week!

Great Location

Lovely property and location. Only complaint is that you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around (no carpet) and talking. Luckily we did not spend most of our time at the property.

Two Blissful Weeks at the Lake

This was our second stay at this property and we already have it booked for 2024. The location is perfect for hanging out and enjoying the lake views; and is minutes by foot or car to all Boyne City has to offer! We also enjoy easy day trips to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix; and have made day trips to Mackinac Island and even the Soo Locks in the Upper Peninsula. The Host is delightful and a wonderful communicator... quick to respond to any questions. The property is immaculately well kept, clean, and has a well stocked kitchen for any cooking. We highly recommend!

Another fabulous stay!

Enjoyed another vacation at this amazing property! Super clean condo and fantastic location! Lake front, pool, boat slip and short walk into town. Everything you could ask for.
