Desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, five-stars to him. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, so I give him a special call out. The worst part of the check-in process was the electronic pre-check in. It took longer to do the precheck-in online then if we had just handed the clerk our ID and credit card upon arrival.

My family and I go to Tenn at least 2+times a year. This is our first stay at the Walden. It was perfectly clean and smelled clean. Housekeeping came everyday. The breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. The hot tub and inside pool was so clean and warm. It is very close to all attractions. The price was very good. We will definitely stay there many times to come.

The breakfast was okay. It needed grits or oatmeal. It is cramped in the area to dine. It’s okay food, you may want to try it and still go elsewhere. Needs another artificial sweetener other than the pink. The room was spotless and modern and large enough. The pools, hot tubs and fire pits are all very nice! Coffee and lemonade 24/7. Lovely lobby. Rooms with a rear balcony have no view although the balcony seating and small balcony are nice.

Fabulous hotel! Our wee balcony was very welcome for sitting on and relaxing watching the world go by. Room is quite large which was welcoming. Toilet lovely and new as was rest of the room. Comfortable bed and quiet also.

Good coffee is available 24/7 by the elevators on the lobby floor. Wonderful hot tubs and indoor and outdoor pools. Clean, well maintained rooms. Outstanding staff.
