Pro: The staff (Latoya) moved me to a room that did not connect to any others when my neighbors were loud. Con: I stopped at the hotel to drop off my luggage before I went out for the day. They acknowledged that rooms were ready but that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to enter the room early.

They put us on 2nd floor above restaurant on back side near pool. So we heard music over speakers from about 630am till 9-10. Otherwise, it was perfect! Restaurant was good and so was the Gorilla Taco next door. Will definitely put on our list of places to stay/recommend. Especially if you have kids. The pool is very cool.

The location and amenities of the hotel were good but there was a stink bug infestation in our room. We killed over a dozen in the balcony curtains and a few in one of the beds and the shower, when i complained to the front desk I was told the hotel is in the woods and that the bugs are harmless & that when the maid service cleans the room they open the sliding balcony door to let fresh air in and that some bugs may come in during that time. It would be nice if you know this you should inspect the room thoroughly for bugs after cleaning
