We booked here because they had laundry facilities. They were broken. I asked for an extra blanket. Was told to make sure there wasn’t one in our room. There wasn’t. Went back down. Was told they were out. She would have to go to an empty room to get one. She was rude and upset I still wanted a blanket. Our view was of two dumpsters. The rooom was clean.

The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was in two parts, toilet and tub in a small room. The vanity was by the door in a little foyer like. The bed was comfortable. However it was not clean. I move the telephone and there was a bunch of dust underneath. Not sure it had been moved in a long time. The carpet was very dirty and the mirrors had smudges all over. The hallway to the elevator was extremely hot. No air conditioning. The elevator was dirty and hot. The breakfast was ok. But, not a big choice. I was surprised when I walked in the first day. I actually thought I was at the wrong place. Very plain unattractive entrance. I will not be staying here again. I can’t believe the rating on Expedia. 8.2, no way.

Paid for a balcony room on creek. We got a room with a tiny balcony that was on the second floor and on the corner. If you stood on the side of that you could see the creek, but balcony did not face it. Also very minimal lighting for couch and living area which makes it hard to explore the gatlinburg books for fun to do, or anything else. Shower is so loud it woke my husband up, and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way or lock. The tv was in front of the bed and about 20 feet from the couch. The breakfast was very minimal options with no fruit at all and the eggs they pulled from the microwave were absolutely unedible. We went to breakfast the next morning and had to pay so we could eat.
