⭐️ Very clean location near Dollywood. You can hear riders screaming on the Lightening Rod Coaster. ⭐️Beds and sofas are very comfortable. ⭐️ The property managers are very responsive and helpful. ⭐️ The view from the deck is charming and the trees are beautiful.

The location was close to town (if that's important to people, but that wasn't a priority to us.) The condo was up a secluded dead-end road, which made it extremely nice and quiet. If you are outside, you can hear the train whistle from Dollywood. We throughly enjoyed that nostalgic sound! The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and felt "homey". The recliner was a must for us. Thanks for that amenity because it's hard to find rentals with one.We found it to be a very relaxing place.(I gave a 5-star on the pool because you are required to rate the pool. Quite frankly, we never used the pool so we have no idea about it. The pool should have a "did you use the pool" option. Yes or no.)

We booked this place because it had a pool, but we were unable to use pool after dark when we returned to the unit due to no lights in the indoor pool area. Called colonial properties and messaged host per colonial properties advise when we called but no response.

This condo overlooks a beautiful forested ridge. While here we went to Dollywood and the Smokey Mountains NP. We liked hearing the screams from a roller coaster every day. They're no walking path to Dollywood but very short drive to it and other attractions in Pigeon Forge. Communicating with the VRBO host was very easy via phone and text.
