When I had arrived the receptionist looked up my booking and informed that the reference was not in their system. She had a look at availability and had me checked in to a room in under 5 minutes. Excellent service. Hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Parking was included and very convenient. Location is great too.

Our stay from beginning to end was superb. Breakfast and Kickback in the evening are a delight! The staff are polite, accommodating, and super efficient. Our only hitch was that a breaker blew both mornings in the bathroom. They were quick to flip it back on, but it's obviously an issue to explore. Bottom line, we had only booked for one night, but after finding out how nice everything was, we stayed an extra night!

Beautiful clean & new hotel! Enjoyed the complimentary food & beverages and the convenience of the full service restaurant on the premises. Friendly staff, easy parking, spacious clean rooms, and we intentionally chose this walkable location to the LeConte Convention Center & Island shopping. My friend and I had a small issue with checkout, (wanting to split the final bill but that it was not an option) however the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!

It's okay, but not our typical Drury stay

Same breakfast every day, never offered anything but nasty sausage patties for meat, gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for, so the mattress was low and could feel the springs, no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel, toiletry bag, or robe. Which was so odd being other rooms had better beds and hooks in their bathroom. And our view was an incomplete steel building. Not mountain or river view as advertised.

Very nice, super clean, great location. Breakfast was delicious. Free popcorn and afternoon meals (5-7pm). Restaurant on site to order off the menu. Top notch! Will definitely be back/

Clean room. Friendly staff. Very nice pool. Car show was in town so outside safety at night was slightly compromised. Nice parking deck but those parking at the nearby grocery store were using the parking area as a cut through. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.
