Family reunion

We had 24 family members staying for a family reunion. The cabin was clean and had a good supply of dishes, baking pans etc as we had most meals at home. The living/kitchen area was a bit cozy for all of us but we made due. When we first arrived we noticed a couple items that needed attention and the repairman was out to fix them within the hour. I would highly recommend

overstated occupancy

It is advertised to accommodate 30 people but the main gathering area had a love seat, sofa and 18 wood chairs. The space was cramped for our 25 family members and we were 3 chairs short of all to have a place to sit. The cabin is old and drafty. When we arrived the heat would not start, it was 62 degrees. After two different visits from two technicians we had heat for a short time as it went out again in the night. Temperatures dropped to the low 20's outside that night. Everyone was cold and did not sleep well. The heat was permanently fixed around noon the following day. The cabin is older and drafty. We have rented large cabins the past 14 years, twice in 7 of those years and this was by far the most disappointing of any cabin rented.

Church Youth Trip

Held 30 people with ease! We loved it and the kids had a blast playing on the pool table and air hockey table. Great location and just minutes from the La Conte center and tons of shopping!

Cabin for family wedding

We had 15 people total stay here for my son’s wedding. We all had our own rooms and bathroom. Everyone was comfortable. People have complained about the main living room area being small and only one fridge. We made due with coolers that everyone brought. My husband ran to Publix so we always had ice. Overall it was a great location for easy access to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. And 15 minutes from the venue where my son got married. We all enjoyed our time there.

Very convenient. Lots of space. The end tables in the bedrooms needed some attention. They were dusty and something had been spilled in one of the rooms like pop or something. Overall it was very nice and I would recommend it or stay there again.

Annual Family Trip

This property can sleep 30, but is not made to accommodate 30 for anything else. Only one washer worked; the kitchen is small and only one refrigerator, one stove, and one dishwasher are provided. Our family has stayed at other VRBOs for these trips and had much better experiences. There were lights not working all through the house, air hockey table missing necessary parts, mildew covering curtain liners, etc. Nice house just needs a lot of work.

Great family getaway

Our family and friends stayed together for a long weekend. Cabin was great and had plenty of room for us all. Only complaint is need Lighting outside where the Hot Tub is on 3rd level. Other than that everyone had a great time.

Spring Break 2020

We were a group of Senior girls and moms celebrating a states side Spring Break. The house was great for our group. The girls enjoyed the game floor while the moms enjoyed the lower levels. Hot tub was warm. The refrigerator was pretty small given we ate at the cabin a lot. We were a little disappointed in the view or lack of mountain view. I also called property management during our stay to confirm checkout process (there was no house manual) and never received a call back. I hope we did our cleanup part. We were asked for our wrist bands while at the pool, which was very clean and refreshing, but again, no manual to tell us house rules. Overall, the cabin suited our group well.
