Everything was nice and looked very pretty with all the Christmas decor. We did not use the pool , but it was clean and looked nice. Our room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay .Loved the tree.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice to have indoor pool and hot tub. One of reason I went there is granddaughter wanted the game room. That was a major disappointment. No actual games, just several of the machines where you try to grab little toys/stuffed animals.

Front desk clerk rude at check in, water was off for around a hour to repair a faucet upstairs above us. Would have been nice if they would have let us known before my wife got in the shower and had shampoo in her hair .

The hotel was nice and in a place that would be easy to get anywhere. Unfortunately there was a car gathering with thousands of extremely noisy cars that cruised up and down all roads and it took forever to get anywhere. I will stay there again and go back when it is quieter.

Slammedenuff was in town, very noisy all day and night (due to being put in a room facing the main road) traffic worse and more congested than usual, room didn't get very cool with A/C set on 60-65 degrees, toilet flushed very loudly, water pressure was mid, room was a little smaller than expected.

Hotel was nice. Great pool facilities. However the street is very noisy-in particular with a car convention in town. We were in a room facing the street and it was incredibly noisy.
