The property employees are such sweet people! And the location is perfect, it's close to the "main part" of the Parkway, but tucked back enough that you are not bothered by traffic sounds. There is also a grocery store and The Island both easily drivable from the property.

During a rain storm water started coming through all the windows on the front of the building. Went down and spoke to the front desk and they said they would have someone come and check and they never did. We had some of our personal items in front of the windows and it all got wet. I did take pictures of all the water that was coming in and everything that got wet.

It is convenient and good for us as we are elderly and my husband walks with a cane. We stay on the first level (Room 103) 3 bedrooms. This year, it was real dirty; floors especially. My grandkids feet were black...not just dirt. Carpet needs replacing. Furniture is fading and worn really bad. We told the office staff and she reimbursed my cleaning fee; however, we would like for it to be cleaned and spruced up a bit. We probably won't be staying next year (but we might).

We loved having the extra space but unfortunately the mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable, the sectional had 2 seats that felt like a spring or something was coming through which was also very uncomfortable. The foldout was very old and worn and looked dirty and the washer and dryer took forever to do a load of laundry. Had to run the dryer several times just to get the clothes dry.We will stay here again, but would love to see some updates next time.

The room was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. The full kitchen was a nice addition as well. Our room was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be staying here again.
