It was a pleasure stay in Leconte hotel, staff very friendly, Room was very comfortable, we stay in a studio, and hotel was very clean.

I like the room it was nice staff was pleasant breakfast was good but i would like to also have different options but they did have a good variety everyday only thing vhanged was meat suck as bacon i cant eat pork so didnt matter to me

We loved the location of this hotel because we like to be away from the business of the tourist area. There is a wonderful creek running in front and we lucked out with a gorgeous sunny winter day - we walked along the creek and watched two ducks and a flock of geese. We also took a walk around the grounds, which was nice after a 4-1/2 hour car ride. Having the kitchen was very convenient as we like to travel with food, water and snacks. Our kiddo really enjoyed the free breakfast. It’s not the most healthy offering so if that’s important do what I did and bring your own breakfast. High praise for the location, the price and the conveniences that we needed. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. And that was just perfect for us.

This is a great property. The staff is exceptional. Gavin, Shannon, and the two young ladies at the front desk, truly do this establishment proud. Even maintenance was so accommodating. Since I have a disability, I am often nervous to travel alone. Being here has made me feel like I can do this, without a companion. This is my new home, away from home. Thank you so much!

The hotel was just OK. Not worthy of the 4.8 rating. Upon check-in and entering the room. Very drafty and cold in room. Blackout shade in sleeping area not working. After the 2nd day of poor conditions told front desk of issues. Was told GM was not available and had other issues to take care of. GM phoned and left message that he would take care of the issues, but he NEVER compensates for anything on a 3rd party reservations AT ALL.I had reservations for an outing, so I couldn't meet with him. So spent the night of drafty, again. My wife talked to him and he came to the room with maintenance and fixed the issues. Offered a free night, but no compensation for our inconvenience. Could not spend another night, doctor appointments to go to. Water pressure was terrible. Other than that, it is a hotel and I can not honestly recommend staying at this hotel. GM was hospitable, but needs to rethink his policies. Situations require different solutions. NO COMPENSATION EVER to 3rd party reservations is thoughtless and poor customer service.

the room was clean, we really liked the full size frig, stove and counter. really enjoyed the indoor pool. Our water to the room was shut off for the major part of the day without giving us any compensation. Same day we got no room service, no cleaning, no towels. Other than that nice stay,
