"This was my first time visiting Pigeon Forge, TN, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive during both check-in and check-out. The room was spotless, living up to the positive reviews I had read. I especially loved the wood flooring; it’s much nicer than carpet and adds to the room's aesthetic. The location is perfect for local travel, parking was easy, and it was great being able to visit The Island without any parking headaches. Highly recommend!"

The front desk staff was great, especially the 50-something lady working the afternoon shift on 12/10/25, and the 20-something man working the evening on 12/11/25 (stating the dates so they can get recognition from management hopefully)

This hotel was a perfect choice for our family to walk around the Island at Pigeon Forge, and a jumping off place for all the activities on the strip. We loved the cleanliness, comfortable beds, the ease of all of it, and the fun atmosphere.

The location was great and the hotel was clean and had nice size rooms. Removed a star because the pillows would go flat immediately and did not have any support and the bed was very firm so we did not sleep well.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The entire hotel was spotless and the staff very courteous. We extended our stay an additional night since we were enjoying ourselves at the hotel and surrounding activities located so close. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Indoor pool. The only thing I suggest is Hot Chocolate for the kids at breakfast. It was cold outside, the kids need a warm drink too.

This inn was in an excellent location. We walked to the little shops on the island in less than five minutes. The breakfast was like most places that offer breakfast. They had scramble eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes, French toast and make your own waffles. A variety of drinks were set out also. The best part was the welcoming staff. They were so helpful and ready to give suggestions on what Pigeon Forge area had to offer. We had a great girls trip!

The property itself was excellent. The reservation process was terrible. Very confusing. I asked to be inside the island but was outside in completely different property. They would not allow me to change properties because I reserved thru Expedia.
