Wedding Week Stay

We reserved this rental for the week of our daughter's wedding at a venue near Pigeon Forge. We had friends and family in and out through the week, and enjoyed a visit to the spa after the wedding work was over. The unit exactly fit our needs for a quiet place to retreat during and after the planned activities.

Excellent space, location, and communication!

We were a family of 6 (myself, husband, daughter, SIL, and 2 grandchildren) visiting the area for the first time. Gary's place was perfect! This was the first time that the grands got there own room AND BATHROOMS and EVERYONE was thrilled. The kitchen is fully stocked, nice washer/dryer, plenty of seating, and great pool and lazy river area. Our only regret was that we were so busy enjoying the mountains and other sights, that we didn't spend near enough time in the condo or enjoying the resort amenities. Besides the beautiful space, Gary was great with communication and made check in seamless (even accommodating a check-in request). We will definitely stay at Gary's place again.

Blown away!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riverstone Resort!! We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for years and this was hands down the nicest and cleanest condo— along with being roomy with plenty of space for our daughters and their kids! It was even decorated so sweet for Christmas —the location was perfect to Dollywood and all of the shopping and restaurants! Definitely booking again for the spring ! Thank you Gary and family for a great home away from home

Beautiful, well appointed unit. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without being in the middle of all activity. On site spa was a pleasant plus. Owners were very attentive to a couple minor issues.

Owner control everything

Owner control air conditioner was not allowed to go below 73°F. Hot water temp was turned down, not allowed above lukewarm. Spiders in bathroom. Access card to wave pool, gym, etc. did not work. My family and I visit the area every summer and we have stayed at this particular condo multiple times but never an owner managed unit and we have never had any issues that could not be resolved, timely. Quite frustrating.

Everything we needed and more

We stayed while our son participated in the Ripken Experience. The condo was massive and easily fit our family. It gave everyone the privacy they needed and allowed for family dinner and tv watching together. The fireworks from Dollywood every night at 9:50 from the balcony were amazing. The condo was quiet and well furnished. The twin bedroom is by far the coolest, so plan accordingly for bed arrangements. The kitchen had most of what we needed and with Food City and Kroger nearby we were able to supplement easily. A few things to help with packing: bring pool towels, soap for washer and dishwasher as well as extra paper products. We have stayed at several places where extra supplies are sometimes left, this is not the case here. No big deal, just like to be prepared. The washer and dryer are fantastic and new, big fridge and seating for everyone you know. The baggage racks in the parking garage were lifesavers. The lazy river and indoor pool were big hits as was the complementary coffee/hot chocolate in the lodge. The staff there was great, happy to get us ice and receive packages. If ever in Pigeon Forge again, we will certainly stay here.

Family fun

This is a wonderful condo. Depending on the bedroom you could see the mountains or the golf course. Ages ranged from 7 to 73. Everyone had fun. The condo is so well located. Close to Dollywood, grocery store, mini golf within walking distance, at least 25 resturants within 10 minutes and Dixie Stampede. You can eat fast food to dinner with linen tablecloths and napkins. Washer and dryer are full size not apartment size. You can do a family load of beach towels. The lazy river is a family favorite. Every group had their own bedroom and tv. So you could unwind after a fun filled day. I dont want to praise it too much you might want to use the week I do. You can't go wrong renting this condo. Also the owners are very nice and helpful. I spoke to them a few times and i received a detailed letter explaining about arrival, parking passes, pool passkey, and exit info. You have access to a huge choice of streaming channels.
