Was told the room was for 3 people. It was not. Also the bed mattress sucked and the tub had mold in it. We stayed 1 night and canceled the rest. We had to go to a different hotel.

Booked a room with kitchennette, but ended up without. When I asked to move to the room with kitchennette, it was already all booked. The room was okay, but there was some signs of lacking maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and we found a big bug in it. The worst part is breakfast. The only hot food was the grit. They provided toaster and waffle maker too. Everything else had to be heated up in their microwave and they only provided stereofoam plates to heat up the food.

We stay here at least 3x a year! Staff is super sweet, rooms are clean and breakfast is yummy. My kids love that the pool is open until 2am. Great location with lots to do.

Super nice 2 bedroom and the view was spectacular got to see all the island and the downtown from the balcony. Best view I could ask for. Will be staying at this hotel every time I come to Pigeon Forge!!

The staff was friendly and courteous, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively impacted by cleanliness issues. We encountered roaches in the room, and the bed sheets had hair on them, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our stay. Because of this, it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy our time. With better attention to cleanliness and housekeeping standards, this property could be much improved.

When you arrive at a hotel in Pigeon Forge and the very first thing you read upon entering your room is The Prayer “The Stranger within our gates”, you feel a profound welcome. Then, as you step out onto the balcony, you see a massive cross rising above the landscape—a powerful reminder that Jesus is in control, protecting us wherever we go 🙏🙏🙏 Everything about this hotel was truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with spotless sheets and towels. Breakfast was a highlight—abundant, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of choices to start the day right. The location is excellent: a safe area surrounded by shops, restaurants, gas stations, and expressways, making it convenient for both leisure and travel. Another great perk is that parking is included in the room price, saving guests from extra fees and adding real value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—you will not regret it!
