We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and we loved being so close to everything. The jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub and there was a number of stink bugs that came through the crack of the door. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Enjoyed our stay! Myself and my parents (in their 80s). Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent location for Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Excellent communication with owner. Our family stayed in the condo from March 28, 2026 through April 4, 2026. By the end of our stay it felt like home. It was very clean and comfortable and the location to area attractions couldn’t have been better. Having the washer and dryer was so helpful, as we had to pack for several seasons due to the unpredictable spring weather. The playground and indoor pool were excellent activities for our 3 grandsons and we took advantage of them several times. The only 2 things I can even remotely think of that weren’t perfect are the lack of towels in the kitchen and the fact that the jets weren’t working in the master bathroom. Neither are a deal breaker for me although if you stay at this condo I’d advise throwing in a few kitchen towels, as there was only 1 dish towel and no dish cloths. On the flip side, the towels and washcloths for the bathrooms were plentiful. We forgot to pack pool towels and were pleasantly suprised to find a whole basketful ready for our use. The jets in the master bath aren’t even remotely important to me but my grandsons were disappointed. I had, however, told them in advance that another renter had mentioned they didn’t work so I was able to prepare them for the tragedy in advance. I messaged Nicole several times before I officially reserved the condo and she answered right away and was very helpful and friendly. I’m so glad we chose to stay in this amazing home. We’d definitely stay there again.

Spring Break Trip

Our family drove from Pennsylvania to spend spring break in Pigeon Forge. This was our first time there and were not disappointed. The condo was well kept and had beautiful mountain views. Amenities were great! Kids enjoyed both pools and the playground area. Condo was situated close to everything and allowed for a quick ride to dollywood and Gatlinburg. At the end of the day it was nice to have such a quiet place to come back to and relax. We would definitely come back!

Condo was clean, elevator was dirty, there was a water leak from the floor above ours to the front door balcony, which left large puddles we had to walk through to and from the door of the condo. Playground was nice.

It was a great place to stay. We just couldn't get tv in living room to come on and couldn't figure out how to get dryer to work. I definitely won't go back during Rod Run. We didn't realize this was going on and the traffic was horrible. It took a very long time to get anywhere we wanted to go.
