SMOKY MOUNTAIN GETAWAY PIGEON FORGE, TN

You Deserve A Vacation!
Come stay with us at Mountain View Condos. It is on the second floor of Building #2, unit 2206. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress available. Each bedroom has a 43" smart TV. The living room has a 58" smart TV. Every room has tile flooring. Unit has washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and refrigerator.

As of October 20, 2024, the unit has its own subscription to YouTube TV. There are directions on how to connect to the YouTube TV app inside the blue folder that is inside the unit. You can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu etc. account, but please be sure to sign out of those before you leave. Please stay signed in to the YouTube TV account for the next guests. The blue folder also has some suggestions that my wife typed up for everyone.

Air mattress and linens for it and the sleeper sofa are in the master bedroom closet. Be sure to use the deep pocket sheets for the air mattress.
Extra pillows for air mattress and sleeper are in bedroom closets.

As of April 11. 2022, we now offer BabyQuip. Below you will see a link. It has all kinds of baby equipment available for rent. I am new to BabyQuip, so I am learning on the go.

We provide a starter pack that consists of the following:
Bottle of dish washing liquid, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 bar of soap per bath, 2 laundry pods, 2 fabric softener sheets, 2 trash bags per trash can and hand soap for bathroom sinks.


There are 2 swimming pools on site. One outdoor and one indoor pool!
1,036 square feet gives you and your family plenty of room! It is within walking distance of Pigeon Forge and all of its attractions.



Checkout Procedures:
Leave all dirty sheets on unmade beds.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run washer with the detergent.
Put all dirty towels in the tub.
Clean out lint trap in dryer before and after use.
Take garbage out.
If you use the air mattress, deflate it, put it back in the bag and box, and put the box back in the master closet.
Be sure to put the wristbands for the pool on the coat rack that's just inside the door when you enter the room. They charge me for each extra one that I have to get.

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable! I kept saying I think I could live here. Everything was very nice and clean and the condo had everything you needed. Great location, very quiet, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge but you wouldn't know it. Definitely will be staying again.

We had a great time. We came down during the slammenuff craziness, but where we were located, we didn't hear the noisy cars. After the cars left, the rest of the stay was a breeze! I would recommend this place! We will definitely be using this place in our future visits!

We loved this condo, it was super nice and spot on the vrbo description. We loved having 2 beds, 2 baths, full living, dining room, kitchen and washer and dryer. It really seemed like home away from home. The location was excellent, right off the parkway & close to everything yet far enough away that you didn't hear any traffic. They had nice indoor (heated) & outdoor pools. We will stay again.

Amazing Smoky Mountains Getaway!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Close proximity to everything you could want or need in Pigeon Forge. The property was exceptionally clean and Ryan was an awesome host to work with. The property had 2 wonderful pools that we visited everyday of our stay. We will be recommending to anyone looking for a getaway!

Perfect location

Our family loved our stay at Ryan’s condo in Pigeon Forge. The location was very convenient for every activity that we had planned and we especially loved the pools on-site. We had one maintenance issue that Ryan helped us resolve quickly. Overall we had a great stay!

May 2025 Memories

We rented Ryan’s beautiful condo for the month of May. Wanted a two bedroom where our children and family could take turns coming up to visit. This condo worked out perfectly. Great having two bathrooms. Ryan always responded to our questions. It had everything we needed to make a lot of meals. The weather didn’t cooperate where we could use the pools but they looked nice. It was very quiet in condo. The elevator was wonderful. Also the carts are so handy bringing stuff from car and then when packing to go home. Had three great tvs. Great location also. Thank you Ryan.
