"The history and story of restoration were interesting. Most striking were the helpful and personalized communications from the manager and staff. The price paid through Xpedia was reasonable, I would not use the phone number advertised for reservations as it appeared routed to a call center and was a significantly higher price than online booking price. It’s an old building but that is much of the charm and authenticity of this unique venue. The staff appear to take security and hospitality seriously; the modern plumbing and access to a small refrigerator was appreciated. I visited the pool area but did not swim; it appears clean and attractive."

"I like it was gated but didnt like that i always had to open and close the gate. The house was unique and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the property immaculate. Communication with mgmt was easy as was fhe instructions to connect to the wifi, enter and exit. I would definitely recommend staying here again. "
