Nice comfortable hotel

This hotel was well staffed, and very helpful and courteous. The condition of the hotel was very clean and the room was in very good condition with a very comfortable king bed. We would stay here again if we came through Pocatello.

I just wish the handicapped rooms had walk in showers. My husband is handicapped and I choose this hotel for this feature but I was disappointed in that. He had to take a d as pings bath everyday we stayed there. Which was not good for him to stand all that time.

Deplorable

I apologize for not taking pictures but the Motel 6- North in Billings is a dumpster fire. Filthy, rundown, scary, not under renovation as they say, it is neglected. Hallways are unlit with carpet fraying and torn up in spots, handprints and filth on the walls. Walking down the hall over half the room doors have either been kicked in or pried open, some doors are screwed shut, locks open pushed out so you can see into rooms while other doors don’t shut at all. Our room had been pried open at some point so you could see through where the door handle is. Once you navigate the horrific hallways and got into the room it was subpar and smelled like cigarettes and filth and you could see fingerprints and smudges and sticky stuff on every surface. The bed was basically a box spring with two pillows and no bedspread. The neighborhood is unsafe and the parking lot was a mess. The outside doors were completely missing locks so there was zero element or illusion of safety or security. Front desk would not refund our money. That place is for the homeless, pimps, prostitutes, drug addicts and the desperate. Horrible.
