Property Overview - Spacious split - level home with 4 levels of living space and landscaped lot in amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake, a Gold Star Community. Covered front porch leads to main level with living room, dining room, and modern kitchen with sliders to deck. Upper level boasts 2 bedrooms, hall bath, and a master bedroom suite with full bath and walk in closet. Separate family room / 4th bedroom on another level. Lower level contains finished game room/rec room, and an attached 2 car garage.

- No Smoking
- No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets in the home will result in a $300 fine
- No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed. No "Prom Parties", "Senior Week,"etc
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. No drop-off of minors under 25; parents must accompany minors under 25 for the entirety of rental
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check - in

ARROWHEAD LAKE IS A PRIVATE, GATED COMMUNITY MANAGED BY HOA.
IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION FEES THROUGH VRBO YOU MUST ALSO PAY THESE COMMUNITY FEES AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

1. Temporary Membership:
- In Season (May 22 - Sept 7 ) $8.50 per night per person age 6 & UP or $ 42.50 / person / week
- Off Season ( Sept 8 - May 27 ) $2 per night per person
2. Vehicle Gate/Access Card: $20 Per Vehicle
3. Administration Fee $20 one-time fee

HOA Late Fee $ 100 ( Applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival

Better than Kalahari

This house is a great alternative to great wolf or Kalahari. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The kids liked the game room. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, large, and fully stocked. The location was perfect. It was in a quieter area of Arrowhead but within close distance to the amenities. Willie, our host, was terrific. Not only did he accommodate us last minute but he was so considerate and easy to communicate with.

Amazing vacation

Our three weeks staying in this house were amazing. The house is clean, cozy, nicely decorated, stuffed with all needed, comfortable beds. Convenient location. The host was responding fast to any question. Thank you Willy! We will surely be back.

Excellent property

We loved the house. Willy was very nice, communication was superb. House was clean and the linens provided were great. Firepit was nice, you can walk to two pools, kitchen well appointed, washer and dryer brand new. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. The kids loved the playroom- the arcade system was a hit with my 10 year old. The two car garage is huge and was very useful for unpacking the car and we also used it when it rained- we set up some lawn games we brought in there and it worked out very well. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful Pocono vacation at this location. We visited the private beach with our children, it was beautiful and very private. The property was spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable staying. The property owner was very helpful and responsive.

Excellent experience

The home was lovely. Our family of five had a great week vacation. Our friends (two adults and two more kids) joined us for part of the week and grandparents joined for the second half. The home fit all of us beautifully and everyone repeatedly commented on how lovey of a house it was. We wish we could have extended our stay. The home is within the Arrowhead Lake community- lots of beaches, three pools, playgrounds, and places to ride our bikes. Highly recommend!

An amazing property!

My friends and I had planned a girls weekend getaway and we could not be happier with this place. There is easily enough space for large groups in this house and the 3 full bathrooms is a real plus! The host was excellent and responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns from the time of booking until we left. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the poconos in a nice neighborhood!

Daughters 16 yr Ski trip Birthday

We had a great time with our daughter and her friends, the pictures are accurate and the house was clean. Some shortcuts with renovations but for the most part the house suited us well. There is plenty of room and 2 car garage. We were happy with the accommodations and WIlly was available when I called. There were no labels or close out directions other than that place was good.
