Welcome to our inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat! Step inside and discover a meticulously designed space with an open layout, perfect for relaxation and connection. The living area seamlessly flows into a stunning kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Adjacent to it is a dining area, featuring a custom table and a wall of windows that frame the breathtaking 20+ acres of untouched state land.

Outside, a serene oasis awaits. Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance as you enjoy a delightful breakfast or savor a sunset dinner in the charming gazebo and dining area. If you're looking to have fun, we have lawn darts, cornhole, ladder toss and other outdoor games.

We provide a beach wagon to load up your things. We also provide a stand-up paddleboard, beach chairs, towels, life vests and kids beach toys for your enjoyment.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Your host will be available for anything you might need during your stay.

The lake is less than half mile to the hosue. You can walk or drive.

Locust Lake Village is a gated community. You will be required to register at least 72 hours prior to arrival. There will be a $50 fee if registration info is received late.

Access to the community and its amenities requires a separate fee:

Vehicle Registration - $5 per vehicle. Each car must be registered for a parking and trash compactor pass. Security will have a list of vehicles registered at each address. This is for the safety of our guests and the community.

Wristbands - Each booking will receive 6 complimentary amenities wristbands. Additional wristbands are $9 per day for guests 12 and older.

Fishing - there is a $10 per person restocking fee if you'd like to go fishing. A valid PA fishing license is also required to fish in any body of water in PA. It can be obtained online or at the local Pocono Boat House on Rt 940.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made. Township Registration #- 007754
