On the main level, you`ll find the first primary suite featuring a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious freestanding soaking tub and an overhead shower. Upstairs, there`s a fun and spacious bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. You`ll also find a second primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms each with a king bed, and another bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.

Additionally, there is a conveniently located bathroom with a shower between the game room and kitchen, offering dual access—one door opens to the interior of the home, while the other leads directly to the backyard and pool area.

✔This property has outdoor-only video surveillance (no audio), monitoring the exterior areas including entrances, the backyard including the pool/hot tub area. These cameras are in place for guest safety and property security, in accordance with Vrbo’s policies.
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

Our neighbors are vigilant and may report any disturbances. We kindly ask that you respect the home, its furnishings, quiet hours, and the surrounding community to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

📢 POOL USE AND SAFETY
The private pool is available seasonally, from May 18 to October 1. It will remain closed outside of these dates. The pool is heated to a comfortable 80°F at no additional cost. If you prefer a warmer temperature (up to 85°F), we offer an optional heating upgrade for $50 per day. Please let us know in advance if you`d like to add this so we can have everything ready before your arrival. During the summer months (June through August), additional heating is usually not necessary, as the water naturally stays warm. While we’ll do our best to resolve any pool heating issues quickly, please note that refunds cannot be issued for intermittent malfunctions.

-Pets must be fully house-trained.
-Guests must clean up after pets; a $250 fee applies if this is violated.
-Pets should be crated indoors when no one is home.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, bedding, or in the swimming pool and hot tub.
-Please note that only dogs are permitted.
