Anniversary in the Villa next to construction

We told the hotel we were booking for our 35th wedding anniversary and they put us in the villa directly beside the construction work on the neighbouring property. The room was nice with a gas fireplace and large bathtub but the noise of cutting pavers and road grading went on from 7am to 4pm every day. They didn't warn us about the noise when we booked and they put us in the Villa right on the end next to the work. We felt like we drew the short straw

Legends restaurant was superb. A delicious meal , great staff. A wonderful place for a getaway. I would ask for a downstairs villa if you don’t like stairs.
