Perch-Cozy, Quiet Home Close to SAV, I-95 and PetFriendly

Just 10 minutes from Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown, this home makes a perfect base for your exploration of coastal Georgia and South Carolina. Just minutes from Interstate 95 and world-class shopping, you’ll understand what locals mean when they say, “Pooler is cooler!”

This home was recently remodeled down to the studs, and it has been redesigned for your comfort.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the bathroom has a bathtub. A dedicated workspace, including a swivel chair and extra monitor, will help guests keep up with business back home.

The kitchen has all the amenities of home and a small bar for dining. It opens into the living room in the event you need more space for guests.

A washer and dryer are located in the home for guest use.

There is a nice, big backyard, but it is not fenced.

Park in the driveway next to the house.

Keyless entry.

Starter supplies are provided, but guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Landlord is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia.

House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to book.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8 am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors.
No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of $1000.
Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of $500 will be charged for any violation of this rule.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra guest.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Kindly disclose to the host if you will bring a pet. We have an additional fee of $100/pet.
No pets on furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets and the cost of repairs.
The host reserves the right to restrict certain breeds or types of pets from being brought to the house. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
Guests must ensure that their pets do not create a nuisance or disturbance to the neighbors, and must keep their pets under control and on a leash/a crate when outside the house.
Please be sure to pick up after your pet each time. We do have a $500 fine for having to remove droppings from the yard during or after your stay.
Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of $250.
