New Construction home in a private corner lot with lots of space to enjoy and have an amazing and relaxing time away from the daily life routine. Minutes away from beautiful beach and Golf courses, perfect to enjoy the tropical weather Florida offers. Fenced backyard that provides privacy during your stay.

Stay in this peaceful house and live like a true local in Port Charlotte. We're within driving distance to restaurants and beaches. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, and a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, self check-in, free parking -- we've got everything you need.

** Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit, as well as the removal or cover of the smoke detector. A fine of $250 will be charge is this is detected within the walls of the unit.

** Please be advised, due to high allergic reaction to dogs or cats, unfortunately I cannot accommodate any service or emotional support animal in this unit.

** Due to insurance and compliance purposes, only the number of guests stated in the reservation will be permitted in the house. No visitors can stay in the unit. Any violation on this rule may result in a cancellation with no refund.

Englewood house

Excellent stay, house was spotless clean, kitchen was well supplied with dishes, great location for us. Good neighborhood to walk in. Easy access to stores. Great communication with the owner. Very comfortable house & would highly recommend.

An investment of in property could make it a 5*

The house was nice, clean and located well for the Englewood area. I texted with the owner a few times and she was very helpful. The drawback on the property was that the furniture in the living room and dining room was from IKEA ( or that quality) not comfortable at all. The pots and pans had seen better days, and the grill’s fuel canister was broken. With a little more investment in comfortable furniture and cooking equipment this property could be a five star.
