Lovely Guest Apartment Close to Several Beaches

GENERAL INFORMATION: Situated just minutes off Florida's beautiful Gulf coast, this outstanding 800 sq. ft. guest apartment is located in the highly-desired neighborhood of South Gulf Cove just a short drive from several beautiful sandy beaches including Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, and Stump Pass. It is located at a private residence and is located on the 2nd floor of a separate building with its own private entrance. The coastal decor sets the tone for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. French doors open onto a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a good book or be enthralled by one of the many stunning Florida sunsets.

The cozy kitchen includes an apartment sized 4-burner stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a deep sink. It is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, tableware, glasses, cookware, 4-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, cutting boards, and food storage containers.

The combination family room/dining room includes a queen sofa bed (extra sheets and blankets included) and love seat, a 55” Samsung LCD flat screen smart TV, a small personal desk with chair, and a dining table that accommodates 4 people.

Bath towels, sheets/blankets/pillows, and an iron/ironing board are provided. There are also a few puzzles/cards/games for quietly passing the time. 1 GB wireless internet service is available. Be sure to bring your personal laptop or tablet if desired. Owner will also provide one starter roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for your convenience.

For those with small children, we also have a highchair, pack-n-play crib (for infants only), double stroller, and 2 child-size cots available upon request. A roll-away twin bed with thick mattress is also available upon request. Just be sure to let the owners know, so they can have the necessary items ready upon your arrival.

You will have access to the owner's private heated pool on a screened lanai where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water or turn the jets on in the seating area for a relaxing whirlpool effect. Lounge in the sun while listening to the tranquil sound of the pool’s waterfall or relax in the comfortable seating area. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after swimming, and safety pool fencing is available for younger children should it be required. A gas grill is also located on the lanai for your convenience.

The surrounding area boasts nature reserves, several golf courses, walking/biking trails, boat/jet ski rentals, fishing, and more. NOTE: Owners have a few beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach towels, a cornhole game, a single-person kayak, and 2 fishing poles available for your use upon request. There is also a single propane burner and a XL pot (outside use only) for preparing a delicious shrimp or crab boil if desired.
