We had a great stay. We loved the house, the pool, the dock, the location. Super quiet neighborhood but close to everything by foot, bike or auto. Our 4 pound Chihuahua loved our morning walks around the neighborhood. The pool is not heated as advertised, so we didn't get in, but enjoyed being poolside most every day. The amenities are sparse, but functional. The heating/cooling system requires an access code, so be sure to get that when you check in. The management company was able to help us as needed. The house is spacious and comfortable, bright and airy. We would definitely stay again.
Even though the house was the right size it lacked a few items that would have made our stay better. A toaster oven it not a toaster. It took about 5-10 minutes just to make toast, depending on the bread. There was no dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper cookie sheet, hot pads for the oven. This is the first house that we stayed at that lacked these items. Also, you can sweep a floor but you need to mop too. Our socks we black on the bottom from the dirty floors. It would have been nice to know abou the.two steps in the house where you first go in and to one of the bedrooms. What a waste of a garage.
We couldn't get the wifi to work, even after calling the management company so we used our hotspot. Nice stay. Kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock.
Property was beautiful, however it was not stocked with the basic necessities that all vrbos have. Also, the instructions for the key code were not correct for entering and locking upWe couldnât use the pool because it was dirty. It looked like it hadnât been cleaned in months. We could not adjust the thermostat you needed a passcode to get in. It got to the point we were tired of calling property management Who didnât do anything? It was very disappointing that we could not use the pool. management.
