This is a great waterfront Gulf getaway house. You would not see this type getaway house very often. Your experience will be unforgettable. Gulf access on a canal with dock. Fenced yard. Full equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 60" smart HDTV with Netflix, super high speed Fiber internet access with WiFi.
Walk distance to Hudson beach and many restaurants with a variety of choices. A couple of minutes’ drive to grocery stores, shopping plazas, parks, golf courses and many others. Short drive to Sun west beach park and Weeki Wachee; Within hour to Tampa Busch gardens, Clear water beach, and about 1.5hrs to Disney.

the rental was so outdated, nothing like the pictures showed and pictures that were posted were so deceiving. couldn’t use dresser drawers without them falling out. Kitchen counter and sink was dirty. Shows picture of dryer, didn’t know laundry was outside. Back yard unkept. carport had 2 old, broken grills.

The couch could use a fresh cleaning. Bed was okay (it wasn't mine, so there's that), nothing to write home about, but comfortable enough to get some sleep. I needed a couple of days to myself and my fishing. That is exactly what I got, so I'm satisfied! And, YES, I would recommend this property.

This is a beautiful house. It looks plain on the outside as you're pulling up, but the inside is well decorated, clean, newer appliances, some toiletries and other items supplied. Air conditioner works great! Comfortable bedding, extra hangars. There is a small deck in the backyard that is not covered, but there is a tree for shade much of the time. The carport is a good spot to hang outside away from the elements. The dock is carpeted and has a roof. this place was 5 minute drive to restaurants and the gulf. Not a lot of privacy, but I didn't expect it with the canals. It's the way of life there. There were fences that helped separate the properties as best they could. We would definitely stay there again.

This cute and very clean, waterfront home was close to everything I needed, the beach, shopping, great restaurants and my weakness a great ice ceam shop. The perfect place at a freat price and James was always avsilable if needed. Thank you for sharing your home

Cute house!

Day of check-in was different... Walked in and the AC wasn't working. James was very accommodating and let me stay at another location while the AC was getting fixed. The rest of the week was great, a good spot to stay for a solo trip, couple or small family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Make sure you check out the ice-cream shop next door and go down the street to watch the sunset. Wonderful experience and the owner was easy to communicate with.

A very nice and cozy location. The dock was very nice to relax on. The house was comfortable for 2 people. The amenities were nice and there was actually extra stuff we didn't expect like beach chairs, golf clubs, ect. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we would need. Would highly recommended this location also for its nice area and nearby restraunts, ice-cream shop, and grocery stores all conveniently nearby. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. Thank you, James for sharing your home.

Disappointing

The boardwalk to the dock was rickety, and felt unstable. It even had a wood plank missing & hand railing was loose
so we didn’t even go out there for fear of safety concerns. We were never cool enough as the A/C unit was not efficient. There was a note on the wall warning us not to turn it to below72 or it would freeze up. Our feet were dirty if we went barefoot on the floor. Also, it was like a dungeon as we were told not to open the blinds to keep the house cool. We will not be returning.

I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable overall. It would have been even nicer if the lawn was taken care of, and a few maintenance issues with doors were in order. The host has great communication. The location was nice.

Amazing location!

This Vrbo was wonderful to stay in. With the river right in the back that we got to use the canoe to paddle in and the ice cream shop right on the corner, this was an awesome stay! Will definitely be back

"The accommodations were wonderful. It's located near Hudson beach and several wonderful restaurants. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable The hosts were also easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay at this property again.
