You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside of HWY 98. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach.

Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.

THINGS TO KNOW:
‱ Our property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
‱ We value security and have one video doorbell. The camera is facing the street and has no view of the inside the unit nor back patio. The active recording is taking place of the outside in front of our unit.
‱ The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
‱ All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.

OCCUPANCY:
We count every person, no matter their age, towards the total number of
guests allowed in a space. So, if there's 1 adult and 8 kids (even babies),
we've reached our limit. When you book, treat infants aged 0-2 as children
when figuring out the fees. Please include infants in the count of kids to
record occupancy correctly.

Some times, if requested, we accommodate 9 guests with an additional daily fee $25, regardless of age (0-100 years old).

Awesome stay

This beach house was super cute and very clean! Every corner in this home was decorated in a blue beach theme. The extras provided for our stay made a big difference in comfort and convenience-laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, coffee (!), trash bags, ziplocs, grilling supplies, beach towels and chairs, and so much more! The kitchen was well-stocked also. The back deck was so fun and great for outdoor eating. We certainly enjoyed our vacation time!

This listing was perfectly suited close to the beach! We took our 4 kiddos and my inlaws, and had pleanry of room to spread out.The house has lots of beach extras. It was well equipped with pots pans and serving wear. There was pleanty of toiletries to start your stay. I have not had this at other VRBO stays.The small town was just wat we were looking for no high rises and loud city noise.

A Wonderful Beach Weekend

To start, Veronica was an awesome host she answered me back quickly when I had questions, she was very pleasant and even gave me helpful advice and ideas. The condo was clean and bright and when I opened the door it felt like home. Even the kids who were 7 and 14 said this was a special place. There were beach toys and a wagon to take them just a short walk to the beach , a beautiful patio complete with shower for washing off the sand. Do I say the condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful weekend.

Perfection

Our family stayed for a week, and we were so blessed! The house easily accommodated our 5 children, my husband and myself. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from toiletries, linens, laundry detergent, and kitchen appliances. Yes, there is a crock pot! There was nothing we needed to bring other than ourselves, beach attire and some food:) We really appreciated the ease with which we could get to the beach. The beach wagon at the house, along with the sand toys made for lots of creative magic on the sand! We did a lot of shell looking and were able to find loads in the ocean. The kids loved body surfing and boogie boarding. We watched Panama City and Port St Joe flag system to know ocean conditions. (since Mexico Beach does not employ a flag system)We definitely plan to be return customers. This is a home for relaxing and truly vacationing. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great place. Great location

This was our first trip to Mexico beach. It won’t be our last. This was a great rental. It was close to the beach. And the beach was not overly crowded even during spring break. We were very comfortable during our stay. It had everything we needed and more. There was a good selection of dvds and games for the day that it rained. Marina store and Beach planet were a short walk away. Shell Shack has great fresh seafood and is right across the street. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

The most perfect place to stay! We had a great experience with our stay at this home on our spring break. The house was very clean and put together. The location is also perfect. Plus it is super close walk to the beach! Overall amazing experience and would do it again!

The property is just as advertised, no surprises! We had issues with cleaning lasting into our checkin time and Veronica communicated well with us, keeping us updated and allowing us late checkout. The house is well appointed with all the supplies you could want or need while there. Thank you! The home is an easy walk to the beach. Only suggestions would be access to a vacuum. Could not have asked for a better experience! All the amenities and more. Kitchen fully stocked, fun board games for all ages and plenty of space for a family of 7. Walk to beach was easy--shorter than most resorts we've stayed! Highly recommend!?

Fall Break at MB

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was in great communication with us leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. The property was clean and beautifully decorated and just felt like home. There’s a very short walk to the beach and the property was in close proximity to a local seafood shop and food trucks. Very nice clean townhouse close to the beach. I like that you don’t have to cross 98 to get to the beach. The kitchen had everything you need and some extra supplies in case you forgot something. We were there during the hurricane and she kept us very well updated. She was quick to respond to my questions.
