We visit Portland often. This property is our favorite. The staff is wonderful, the property is fantastic and the access to the best of Portland is a few blocks away...

Staff wasn’t nice, and had to ask for clean towels and coffee, room was never cleaned. For as much as it cost, I thought Hyatt’s were suppose to be nice! Don’t stay here

We try our hardest to accommodate all requests and it is upsetting to know that we weren't able to follow through during your 3 night stay. We are not currently going into the rooms during the pandemic to limit exposure to keep our guests and staff safe. We would love to know more about the experience you received that way we can follow up with our team on how we can improve. Again we apologize for the concerns you brought up.

The location downtown was ideal for us, since we didn't want to get a car. Many restaurants & attractions were within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding in their willingness to accommodate our needs. Covid-19 restrictions and precautions resulted in the restaurant being closed, but the breakfast bar was open and worked great for us.
