This hotel is understaffed. The staff I dealt with were fine but they could not take care of the issues. The shower handle in our room was broken and got stuck on. There was no one in the hotel to help us. The shower ran on HOT for approximately half an hour before we finally found a way to shut it off. The room was like a sauna. The only person working at the hotel was the receptionist who also had to provide breakfast for the guests. The breakfast area could have used a cleaning and the food was not very good. She did her best but it was too much for one person to handle.

I asked for a disability room because of my Parkinson and the bed was almost on the floor and I could not get out. My wife spoke with the manager, and he was very rude to her. it was not until i went to talk with him that he ok'ed another room. This room was better, but the tv stations were limited, no microwave, nor toilet paper in the room.
