Some of the staff are very nice and helpful but my initial encounter with the front desk lady was terrible. Morgan was in a terrible mood.or sick or I don't know what but she was mad the minute I walked in threatened to call the police because I questioned her or interrupted her she made me run my card three times which activated all kinds of problems with my bank if she worked for me I would fire her. It was clear that I was just bothering her when I walked in. I felt like she gave me the worst accommodations because she didn't like me. I was afraid to complain so had to sleep in a terrible room until the next morning when I talked to the manager who was very nice and gave me another room on the second floor that was all fairly remodeled. The first room was dangerous there was no way to get out in case of a fire it was on the third floor the toilet didn't work the TV didn't work the phone didn't work there were holes in the walls there was dirty disgusting walls and broken lamps every lamp was broken there was mold in the coffee maker I'm sure there was more. I would never stay here again and if I were Travelocity I would never rent this this place.

Noisy refrigerator & heating unit in the room. Water leakage near heating unit. Damaged bathroom door. Unpleasant odor in the room. Overall unhygienic and unmaintained facility.

My bad, I booked this late at night using my cell phone and didn't realize this was a motel. Nothing wrong with that, but we walked in the room and walked right back out. Big brown stain on the bed and very very bare bones room. Nothing to be excited about. Sorry, but if you are in to motelling, then this is the place for you. Staff were very nice and called to ask why we didn't stay in the room. We just couldn't.

Toilet seat for a child and not fastened. No toilet paper. Bed mattress springs worn, no sleeping here. Single pain windows amplify highway noise into the room. Double pain windows would resolve that, but everything at this location is super cheap

Front desk rejected my service. Because my Physical Apple Credit Card That i booked the room with didn’t have numbers on it. Witch it doesn’t for security purposes. I had my card information and card and ID ready to provide. I offered to pay cash as a substitute. And the front desk asked me to leave the building.

The night front desk clerk was friendly and extremely helpful. Pet friendly. Bed extremely uncomfortable and old. Room very small. A portion of the building was missing and lying in the court yard. Window and AC unit was tarped over making it to where we were unable to use the AC unit and look out the window. One towel provided for two quests. Toilet paper stuffed in the hole around shower head.
