Dopers and tweaker’s

If there was any way possible to give a lower rating, besides single star, this place would’ve earned it. The entire facility is in disrepair and outdated. All the walls in our room were bare, except for the holes and marks on them. Woodwork was all chipped, pulled off and poorly reattached or just missing. The toilet worked sometimes and other times it didn’t work, but it was consistent at leaking and they weren’t able to get that fixed. In the sink, hot was cold and cold was hot and they didn’t get that fixed. Returned from one long day out and nothing had been done in our room, including no fresh towels. The very next day we had another long day out, and even though I had spoke to the front desk that morning about what had happened the previous day, they assured us that when we returned, our bed would be made with fresh linens and Towels. Upon getting to our room at 11:30 at night, we found that the old linens were still sitting in a pile and the bed hadn’t been made, and we were still out of towels. All the problems is this hotel caused, not once did any of the three employees I had interaction with apologize for the inconveniences. It appeared to us that part of the facility was was long stay by locals. That at least afforded us the opportunity to see dopers and tweaker’s. BTW, this was the “executive suite“ LOL

If you can, stay elsewhere

Disappointed. Maybe our room wasn’t updated? Not sure. A friend stayed here before and the bed was comfortable and there were several fruit & pastry options for breakfast. During our visit, the bed was HARD, room was dirty, door was hard to open, and there was barely anything for breakfast. 75% of the staff we saw seemed to hate their job. Very disappointed.

Great customer service, clean property and easy access. Our room smelled like smoke and my partner couldn’t sleep in there. The AC unit didn’t work and only one light in the entire room. Possibly still remodeling, hopeful it’ll be finished and we’d love try and stay there again.

Desk lady at check in was very friendly but our room was terrible. Hole in bathroom door (fist punch?). Shower non-functioning. Only 1 plastic glass. No coffee/tea water available. Burn marks on counter and tub. Grime along woodwork and in corners. Bathroom mirror gone leaving just tape. Roller shade on window, no curtain. And on and on.
