As a family of 4 we stayed in a suite and it was so convenient and spacious. The front desk was super helpful about providing advice, directions, reservations. The location is fantastic — you can walk everywhere easily and the pedestrian street where the hotel is located is a blast and an attraction in and of itself. Be aware that taxis/cars can not drive up to the property directly so you’ll need to walk a block or 2 with your baggage to reach the front desk.

Fuimos en familia en verano. Menos mal viajábamos con carry on los 4 en la familia. El taxi no pudo acceder a la calle directamente donde estaba el hotel. Colapsado. El personal súper amable, incluso nos ofrecieron un upgrade a una Villa que no encantó. El lugar es precioso. Sin embargo, nos decepcionó el baño. Baldosas rotas y tope desgastado. Suelo fijarme mucho en el baño de los sitios donde nos alojamos. Que sea limpio y se sienta limpio. En este caso, creo que no estaba acorde con el resto. Por lo demás , súper bien ubicado para conocer y caminar. En nuestra Villa no había ruidos que molestaran. Dormimos súper bien. Fue un descanso en medio del caos veraniego de esta hermosa ciudad.

Fine location along a popular, touristy street, though vehicle access is restricted so navigating pickup points becomes an issue. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Quiet room, pleasant rooftop garden, many restaurants and bars all around.

The property itself was great, location is close to transport, shops and tourist spots. The room lighting switch system is a bit confusing but works fine. The main let down was the welcome from the check-in staff. They seemed very defensive and were whispering to each other when checking in our family’s details. There was a child missing from our booking but I was happy to pay this, perhaps this made them defensive. However, unfortunately the poor service continued and we only found one member of the four staff were helpful during the stay.

Great location/Great Hotel

Our room was great! Very spacious with lots of windows to open. We loved hearing the street musicians play. It had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The bathroom was small but in very good condition. There was a kitchenette but it was not equipped with soap or towels until the last day. We had the breakfast all 5 days of our stay. The food offered never changed but it was good.
