Great location!! We were close to the river, restaurants, shopping and the bridge crossing over to Gaia. We stayed in the room with a terrace and river view! The view was spectacular, and the terrace a nice place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The daily compimentary breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.

I absolutely loved Exmo and all the people working there. So NICE!!Breakfasts were awesome! Loved our room in such a beautiful old building where you can see the old stones and original old window.

Beautiful accommodations in Porto Ribeira district

This is a gem. The hotel is well located, spotless, and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Comfortable bed and lovely shower with heated bathroom floor. We had a great view of the Palacio da Bolsa. Blackout shutters ensured a peaceful night. A short walk down to the river.

This is our second time staying at Exmo, confirming that it’s just a perfect all-around option — everything you need and nothing you don’t, at such a reasonable price. The hotel is charming and stylish with beautiful architectural and interior design elements, and it feels a little bit special without being over the top or losing that friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are super quiet, and (twice confirmed now) they have the MOST comfortable beds in the whole world – and we’ve sampled many! Checkin and checkout are easy at any time of the day or night, and the location is in such an accessible, central part of the city, so easy for arriving/leaving by taxi or Uber, and then walking everywhere once you’re there. If we were to return to Porto again, I’d probably choose Exmo again!

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff!

I can’t overstate how great of a stay we had. I wish we had more than a night at the Exmo because the room we had was excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious as well! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Porto.

This small hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of Porto’s lively riverfront, but out of the immediate crowds. The building and lobby bar/restaurant are beautiful as are the rooms. The best part of this experience was the attentive and friendly staff.

Amazing beautiful hotel with view of the river. Right in the heart of the action and near hundreds of restaurants. Walking distance to nearly all of the major port cellars. Wonderful friendly, helpful, gracious staff. Delicious breakfast every morning included. Outstanding!
