A estadia foi boa, porém, logo na chegada, os recepcionistas se mostraram bem rudes quando verificamos que o hotel não respeitou nossa escolha de camas de solteiros no quarto. Os receocionistas queriam que, para consertar o erro deles, ficássemos num quarto inferior sem ter nenhum reembolso. Fora a forma de se dirigir a nós com muita petulância e aspereza. De resto, tudo ok. Gostamos muito do café principalmente dos funcionários desse ambiente. Sempre muito educados e solícitos.

Great staff. Excellent location. Loved the special touches: macarons in the room, coffee, tea and sweets downstairs, drinks at the bar, cookies for the train ride. Nice breakfast too.

The hotel is very nice, looks like new.The guy's from the reception are very nice and friendly, also the bar tender and every one from the cleaning to the breakfast servers,are going extra miles to make us feel good. The breakfast is well represented by many type of food, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, bread, cereals, pastries,salad and fruits. Coffee and tea is very good as well. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old center ,the railroad station and many landmarks around. Also many restaurants to choose from. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and I will come back in the future.

The room was clean and quiet, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of food available each morning. I really appreciated the bottled water provided daily in the room and the fresh fruit available at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and beautiful. Lobby compact including a mini bar area but it didn’t feel overcrowded even when I stayed for drinks. Staff fantastic-helpful and very nice!! If I come back, I would definitely stay there and recommend to all. It was also in the heart of city and there was mega-shopping, restaurants and bars available.

I almost put good instead of excellent because the lift wasn’t working the day we were leaving and we were on the fifth floor! The staff accommodated us by bringing our luggage down in the service lift. It would have been even more appreciated if they had put our luggage in our hotel room the day we arrived as we were out all day until 9:30pm. The hotel is situated in a great location, is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, staff are very curious. We enjoyed the welcome drink, the bottle of water daily and the complimentary coffee and pastries in the afternoon. We would stay here again.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in! Provided thoughtful recommendations and suggestions of restaurants nearby.
