About this property

Citybreak Apartments Pátio - 3 Bedroom Apartment for 6 Guests

Set in the Ribeira, Porto's historic riverside quarter and part of its UNESCO World Heritage centre, Citybreak Apartments Pátio brings together a varied collection of studios and apartments in several restored buildings, a few steps from one another on or just off Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira. Whichever one you choose, you will be staying in one of the best locations in the city: the Douro River is about 300 metres away, the Ferreira Borges Market and the Palácio da Bolsa are practically next door, and São Bento Station is 500 metres away.

No two units are quite alike. There are cosy studios for couples, a bright studio with a stunning view of Porto Cathedral, an apartment with its own terrace, duplexes over two floors, a loft decorated with a nod to Porto's traditional azulejo tiles, and spacious apartments for families and groups of up to 10 guests. Some look over the Douro River, the Dom Luís I Bridge or the rooftops of the historic centre, while others are tucked away at the quiet back of their building.

Every unit has free Wi-Fi, a TV, a kitchen or kitchenette with all the essential cookware and a bathroom with a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are always provided. Many also have air conditioning. It is an easy base from which to explore Porto on foot.

The Ribeira's riverside restaurants, cafés and bars are just a few minutes' walk away, as are the Palácio da Bolsa, the Ferreira Borges Market and Porto Cathedral, while the Clérigos Tower is about a 10-minute walk. Across the Dom Luís I Bridge, the port wine cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia are within easy walking distance. Porto Airport is about 30 minutes away by car, and an airport shuttle can be arranged on request.

Please note: only some buildings have an elevator, and not every unit has air conditioning. Each unit's description gives the details.
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. The living room has a TV and free Wi-Fi, next to a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and all the essential cookware, and a balcony with city views. The location is amazing. Everything in the old town was right outside the door. It was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

Great location it was very nice with 2 balcony’s overlooking the street. Buskers were right below so it was a great evening atmosphere. The unit was nice and clean, if guests are coffee drinkers bring some along as it is not supplied. Face cloths are also not supplied if wondering. Susana was very quick to get back to us with any information needed.

The apartment listing says air conditioning. There was no air conditioning in the apartment which we notified the owner of during our stay. There was review written in March 2026 that mentioned the 2nd shower door did not close all the way. As of our stay the door still was not fixed. It also mentioned trouble opening the front door which was an issue for us as well. Overall, the location was convenient in the heart of Porto with many shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very quick to respond and did help when asked.

This was such a great place to stay in Porto, and the crew behind the unit were welcoming, accommodating and worked with our schedule. This is quite a large space for Porto, and it worked out perfectly for our group of three friends. They even recommended some restaurants and bars, and we used their transport service to and from the airport. This is centrally located and in such a thriving, fun part of town. We loved every minute of it, even the street musicians singing below. They always stopped around 10 or so, so it was never a nuisance. We wanted them to continue! lol!

The apartment was in a perfect location and most of our activities were walkable. It fit our needs as a group of 6 traveling together and we really enjoyed our stay and the character of the apartment. We had an early morning arrival and so the 4pm check in time was a bit inconvenient. We went to the office when it opened at 10am to drop off our bags and were told the place was already ready. An earlier communication about that would have been appreciated, but not the end of the world. The shower door in the smaller bathroom does not close properly so water leakage onto the bathroom floor does happen. There’s no air conditioning but there were plenty of fans in the apartment and they quickly replaced one that was not working. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

Very happy with this property. We had two great staff interactions. One with shuttle drive and nomi in the office. Both very helpful. Our biggest concern was 2nd shower door did not shut properly. Also it was very had to unlock our door. So there is a black handle that does not turn BUT pull that black handle very hard towards you and keep tension on it as you turn the key to the 8 o’clock position; then push in. We loved the small balcony and listening to music in evenings. All the cafes outside the apartment were wonderful. Great location to downtown things.
Front door, then up the stairs
Balcony on two of bedrooms but only for standing
View from balcony. Music and food down here is great

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spacious and clean. Nicely locaed, too. It is near by the train station. Two of the 3 bedrooms overlooked a pedestrian area where there are resturants with outside seating/eating and music playing. The music ended at a resonable hour in the evening. We opened the doors on the terraces of the 2 bedrooms and enjoyed the ambiance. This place has lots of charater as the internal doorways and windows have origial stonework of the building. Up a short flight of stairs. The office staff met us upon arrival and gave us a quick overview. The beds were the most comfortable on our stay. Great linens. they also offer (for a very reasonable fee) a ride to the airport upon leaving. This was a freat asset for us. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best location even though noisy because the windows fully block the sound. However, unit was absolutely filthy. Smooshed stuff on the walls, torn bedding, a light fixture half hanging out of the ceiling dropping dust everywhere. Walked around barefoot and my feet were black. For the price you’re paying I think they need to invest in a thorough clean of the apartment. Extremely hard to find. Positive is the live music, amazing restaurants, and location. You honestly can’t beat that.
