Pepe at the pool was great. Pool does need updating, The beach club is chill, needs a better vibe and service. Would love if they expanded the access to the swimming area in the sea. Beautiful hotel but be ready to walk.

Couldn’t speak more highly of this place. It takes all the stress out of visiting Positano during the peak season. They have the friendliest staff that will help you with anything, stunning views so you don’t feel the need to go to any beach club, An elevator ride down to the beach, a water taxi, a free shuttle of the city, and a few restaurants with the most gorgeous views. I think Positano would’ve been so overwhelming for my daughter and I without booking this hotel. We absolutely loved it.

It is extremely inconvenient with lots of stairs elevators to get from one area to another. The beach is extremly private but too rocky and slippery to walk on. Getting to town by private taxi was nice. The breakfast included was not very fresh. I found this property to be a bit of a disappointment. Fortunately Melania was extremely helpful at the front desk. The restaurant was extremely empty and not very inviting. Best to find a B and B and stay walking distance to town , water taxis , boats , etc.

Incredible views from room and terrace. Staff were wonderful, friendly, always wanting to help with whatever you need. Breakfasts were wonderful, incredible selection, view and live music each day. Pool is lovely and has pool bar staffed, beach access very comfortable, includes menu of food and drinks. Water taxi available for pickup from Positano pier is so helpful. We enjoyed the spa on the property as well as the two restaurants available.
