it was ok ..

location was perfect right beside all main attractions, bed was firm so if you like a soft mattress take this into account, there was no separate bathroom and the shower was in the same room the bed is in so is a bit awkward when you’re sharing with a friend, can be awkward if you’re checking in after 5pm as you need to get your keys from another hotel so if you have a fair bit of luggage please keep this in mind

The location is spot on, few minutes walk from the old town and charles bridge. Quite a few attractions and restaurants are walkable from the hotel. We booked an executive room which was spacious, loved the brick ceiling. Found it a little weird that the only mirror was in the bathroom. The bed was also a little too firm for us, but everyone has their own preferences. The cleaning staff didnt knock and unlocked our door and walked in on the last morning before check out time, which we weren't too pleased about.

It was spotlessly clean, very well decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep perfect after a long day of travel or exploring. The location was perfect, situated conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. My only negative was with the unpleasant smell coming from the sink. Other than that it would have been perfect.

Room was beautiful and clean. There was no lighting above the vanity in the room we stayed in. Great location right around the corner from Hemes and great shopping. Walked everywhere.

Excellent central location. Rooms very nice and very clean. Mattress was hard but did not affect our sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definately return. Also recommend the transport company that they use. Excellent communication from booking to arrival to departure.

We stayed in the deluxe double room and it was perfect for our short trip over new year’s. The room was extremely clean, warm, and comfortable. The location was exactly what we wanted - two minutes walk from old town square, yet still so quiet and peaceful (as it’s on a side street to the v pricy row of expensive shops!). We could even see the church in the old town square from our window. Check-in was very straightforward and we got to enter our room two hours early as it was ready for us. As other’s have commented, it’s less of a hotel and more like separate ‘apartment’ style rooms. Would recommend to anyone considering for their trip to Prague!
