This is a beautiful property. Our favorite spot was the terrace which has lovely furnishings, a pool and a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, two of them are set as a separate apartment downstairs which we didnât realize but wasnât a problem. The bathrooms were beautiful, large and clean. The location is up the mountain from the water - which means the view is terrific but the beach is a bit of a walk. We walked down and our host helped us arrange a private transfer home after a long day out on the boat. It cost 50 but was worth it for our tired legs. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. There was WiFi on each floor for an adequate signal. The beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine and a nice stand for drying clothes (most Italians do not use a dryer and we anticipated this.)Not related to the property - the entire Amalfi coast is difficult to move through. Due to our itinerary we used car rentals and drove and I would agree with our host - private transfer is best. The roads are tiny, the drive can cause significant motion sickness, there are pedestrians and buses everywhere. Our host helped us with parking which cost 40/day and was a bit far from the rental, which she told us would be the situation. The only difficulty we had was an issue with checking in - our time was 3pm, we were asked to delay until 4pm and then still our greeter was a bit later. Overall though it was a great stay in a beautiful home.
