Brand new. Great rooms. Convenient to hwy for a stopover en route to Ottawa but for half the price of Ottawa. Lovely town and waterfront promenade close by.

The facility appeared to have been recently built since everything was so clean and looked brand new. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We felt safe once the door was locked, and slept well since it was so quiet.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not equipped adequately. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash, The only option is to use a soap bar but there is no place to deposit the soap bar other than on the floor of the shower which is not exactly germ free. Not the quality I expect from a Quality Inn. No soap dish next to the bathroom sink either. Needs some attention.

Breakfast offered only pork products. We had sausage 4/5 days. 2/5 bacon. Baseball teams were running around during the night. The pancake maker had a weird twist to it. I noticed several people having trouble with it. The fridge in the room couldn't keep up cooling. I had to have my medicine put into kitchen fridge. They took my freezer packs and put them in the kitchen freezer. Thank you.

Very clean and great staff. First staff member in arrival was the receptionist who took time to explain everything. Her name is Ashley and a lady that I did not get her name who works in the morning on the breakfast who shows me how to use the waffel maker.

This is a lovely new hotel, but it shares a lot with a McDonald's, which can make it difficult to maneuver around in during peak food times because of the drive-thru. Also, while the facility is very clean and new, we did not lie the fact that there was nowhere to put any of your shower accessories in the standup glass shower, plus the sliding shower door would not stay closed. We also tried to enjoy the indoor pool, but found it too chilly and the towels provided were extremely small.
