Great room, but a little noisy

The room was fantastic, very clean, and the free breakfast was great! However it's a little noisy. The hotel is located right next to the highway and the doors let the noises from the hallway in (so not only we heard the highway traffic, but also people walking/talking in the hallway and unlocking their door). But overall we had a great stay and would be happy to come back.

The bed was very comfortable. There was no storage, except a few hangers. So it's necessary to live out of a suitcase. All new, but signs of wear already. Didn't like the entertainment system.

It was convenient and easy to find. Lots of parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming as i entered the lobby. I did wait to be served as internet was not connected on the second computer but was resolved as i checked in. Overall great service and i will book again. Thank you for a great experience for myself and my son.

The accessibility features were very misleading. First of all they have two accessible parking spaces at the front entrance but no way to get to the entrance of the building. The accessible entrance is at the back of the building with make-shift ramp in the accessible parking spot. The ramp itself is a hazard with broken pavement at the top and an increased slope at the bottom. The “accessible” room is at the furthest end of a long hallway and has no automatic door in spite of being extremely heavy to open. The bathtub in the unit has a grab bar on the back wall but no assistive device at the front of the tub. Few properties in Brockville are advertised as accessible but this property fails any standard of accessibility.

Newly Renovated stopover stay, no fuss and basic

Renovated basic motel type of stay for sleep and run. Brand new bathroom with strong water supply and soft towels. Breakfast is easy and good enough. Watch for mosquitoes attacks in parking lots if arriving at night. Also beware of allergies from a pet friendly room, runny nose is unavoidable.

It's a fine place to stay but a little expensive for what you get. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was very small and the room where breakfast is held is way too small for all of the guests. The room was fine but a little odd. It felt like a budget hotel. I wanted to pay a little more an have a relaxing stay. There are other hotels in the area that are probably a better deal.
