"this is a location and accommodation that has everything a family could dream of. It was beautiful with fabulous views of Bear Lake, a gym, theater room and a kitchen and eating area that included a large scenic balcony! We can' say enough good about how much we enjoyed our vacation there!We highly recommended it to many friends and other extended family members! This is definitely a10!!!"

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. Highly recommend this place for any large group. If we were to do another family reunion in the Bear Lake area we would come back. "
