Blending our family roots in hospitality with the unmistakable magic of Kauai, our newly completed 1,100+ square foot renovation has left no detail untouched with modernized charm and thoughtful extras for 4.

Stepping into the open concept kitchen and living area, floor to ceiling sliding doors open to a stunning private lanai, lush green space and surrounding tropical landscaping. With two separate “suites” located on either side of the living area each with spacious sleeping quarters and bathrooms, guests have their own side of the house to unpack and stretch out.

Step through French doors into the Primary Suite to find a King sized bed with Organic Nest Mattress and 100% Organic Cotton linens, reading nook and for winter months, a cozy electric fireplace. Floor to ceiling sliders open out to the lanai where you can sip coffee or tea in the cool misty morning island air in the comfort of your Parachute Home Organic spa robe. The bedroom continues into a massive Mediterranean inspired bathroom with seating area, oversized soaking tub and separate water closet lit by luminescent dimming chandeliers.

The Second Suite situated at the opposite side of living area offers two dreamy full-sized beds with Organic Nest Mattresses and the same 100% Organic Cotton bedding — a sublime space to rest and enjoy warm breezes wafting through full length sheer curtains, light pouring in and the lush garden and distant mountains views. A reimagined dresser that was original to the house, sliding door closet with wooden hangers and shelving provide all the space you may need. Just across from the sleeping quarters step into the second full bathroom. Indulge in some of our favorite bath products and wrap up in a Parachute Home towel after rinsing off the salt and sun from a day exploring and swimming.

Both spa inspired bathrooms are stocked with Parachute Home 100% Organic Cotton towels, spa inspired robes, Drybar Buttercup hair dryers and our curated collection of luxe local bath products from Maile made with Aloha on Kauai and Shaka Street Soap made by hand on our neighboring island of Maui.

The kitchen is stocked with elevated chef friendly tools and appliances to bring extra ease hosting Pau Hana happy hour or creating meals with the abundance of local fresh produce from nearby farmers markets.

Take a dip in the pool or hot tub, sip cocktails and fresh juice on the private lanai under pink skies as the sun sets over Hanalei.

With serene simplicity within the design, we hope to create a truly peaceful ambiance while featuring some of our favorite works by local artists and treasures from our most beloved stores.

LUNALANI is hidden away from the street side of Plantation at Princeville, a private association community known for its traditional roof lines, lava rock wall details and pristine tropical landscaping. Particular care has been taken to seamlessly balance the feeling and timeless island inspiration to slow down and dive deep into nature all while having modern touches to stay connected. Modern amenities include high speed WiFi, Apple TV, Nest integrated AC, smart ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, filtered ice machine, integrated reverse osmosis filtered water, house wide dimmable lighting. The media console houses a professional card and poker set, games, oracle cards and puzzles.
