The hotel was clean and staff extremely helpful. The hotel looked fairly new and I found out it had been refurbished. I had to remember to request housekeeping. When I did, it was immediately done. I had accidentally put in the exit date. When I realized this, at check-in, the front desk told me to contact Travelocity. I did, explained the situation, they called the front desk and I was assured that a refund would be done when I checked out. It was!
