I was very disappointed that the pool was closed, the main reason why we chose hotel. Also upon arrival, the computers were down so we were not able to get a key card. Security had to walk us up each time to let us in our room. But the staff was very friendly.

Checking in and out was easy and all of the staff were great and super sweet! Valet service was awesome and the staff out there were so wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when in providence!

Generally the stay was okay. We were surprised by the following though that brought it down to a 3 star review: 1. There were holes in our bed sheets, which was very off-putting. 2. There was a pile of toe-nail clippings on the side of the bed! Clearly it wasn’t vacuumed well before our arrival. 3. The hotel didn’t offer free wifi. We tried to connect and unless you choose their payment plans for wifi it didn’t work. 4. We had very noisy (adult) neighbors who were talking loudly outside most of the night. 5. Minor complaint and personal preference but the pillows were extremely soft to the point of not providing much support. Would have been nice to have an option to switch to.
