Room was little dirty compared to normal (stuff under glass that couldn’t be wiped). Shower was awful like air in the lines and spits at you. We have stayed many time do to the convenient a near convention center. We paid for late check out and never fails - keys always stop working even after paying for late check out and is very frustrating as we are in a hurry to get our stuff out and get back to competition on time . Also we need a micro wave when your food places close early.

The hotel is lovely and the front desk staff is quirky in the best way. Naughty and nice. I loved them. And they gave us a spectacular room. The downside - 2/4 of the elevators were down which made having a wedding and volleyball event very inconvenient. And the gym was a little rundown (sad as way-back-when it was the best gym in the state...literally).
