This hotel was amazing. My partner and I drove 16 hours and were exhausted, we saw avid hotel and from reviews it seemed like the cleanest and safest location. I was weary at check in as reviews from other locations stated rude workers but I was greeted my the nicest lady. I may not have made sense as I was running on no sleep but she still made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and we enjoyed the coffee machine. Will be staying here again.

This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable! Nice gym and pool. The hotel is decorative and stylish. The staff at front desk very attentive & helpful.

Very clean, almost surgical. But no carpet in the room, no hair dryer, no room coffee pot, not even a closet. No amenities that one would expect. Felt very much like an upgraded and modernized Motel 6. Would have been an OK place to stay if it were about $60. For just passing though looking for a quick stop off the highway, if it's the cheapest option... go for it. For comfort... walk away.

The elevator’s were sticky and needed to be mopped. The hospitality staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was just okay. Could use more options. The walls of our room needed to be cleaned. The mirror in the room was also dirty. Otherwise the linens and towels were clean and the house maids did a good job keeping our room clean.

Staff was amazing!! Super friendly, helpful & kind! My first room was pretty good!! It had the best soaking tub in the world and enough grab bars I was able to get out of the tub easily! First time in over 5 years. Since my first back surgery! I asked for the floor to be cleaned while I was out, everything was swept under the bed. My second room was not as clean! They told me it was ready for me to move into, but in my opinion it should have been rechecked before they let someone check in. I have rather short grey hair and found long dark hair in the bathroom skin. When I complained about it they didn’t seem to care. The front staff did come clean it but he asked if he should instead of offering! My floor looked ok. But when I spilled my bucket of ice and cleaned it up with the bath mat the mat was black so the staff sweeps if visibly needed and same for mopping! Breakfast there was not much to write home about! No waffle maker! Toaster was on one counter and bread & bagels were elsewhere. One flavor juice, 2% milk & almond milk only! I dislike both! They had washers but NO dryers and not enough hangers in the room for one load to be hung up! That’s my 2 cents worth! Take it or leave it!
