We stayed at the Parkview Inn one night while returning home from vacation. We were able to get an early check in which was nice. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The property was older but the rooms had been updated. The room was clean and homey. And the mattress was comfortable (always a plus). Complimentary breakfast was available but we left before it opened. The motel is located on the main road through Cañon City so there is a little bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad.

The Park Inn Motel is conveniently located to all Cañon City activities. Our host was sweet, gracious and has done a nice job keeping the property maintained. Bed was firm but comfortable. Continental breakfast was delightfully perfect to set us off on our day.

Reservation made while traveling from Gallup NM. I read the traveler reviews and booked a room for the night. Weather was rainy and we were tired so lucky us. My husband and I enjoyed the "Retro" atmosphere of this unique Motel! We're Rt 66 Fans so enjoy the "older" type motels! The Motel owner checked us in and was very nice. The Continental Breakfast was good and included our usual breakfast basics. Our room was VERY clean! Thank you Staff! Bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. Great location! We went to the Royal Gorge the next day and had a great time there! I would definitely recommend staying at the Peakview Motel in Canon City CO!
