Great hotel but need some work.

The hotel gives great warm ambience. We really appreciated the warm and hardy breakfast that was made in-house from fresh ingredients. The room was big and very comfortable. We would definitely return here and recommend to friends. However, the hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness. The sink was clogged and we had to pull out the sink stop for the water to drain, which pulled up a lot of hair. We also found hair in the bed and one of the pillow case was so dirty and stained that we removed it from the bed. Mold in the caulkings left a dirty impression of otherwise a great hotel. Be aware and travel light when coming to this hotel. This hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are very narrow.

Pros: very friendly staff, absolutely amazing breakfast, very quiet Cons: slower had a lot of mold in it. Bed was very uncomfortable (felt like a trampoline)

We had an amazing time at The Quechee Inn recently. It’s a gorgeous place in a charming, cozy spot. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with this place. We’d love to stay again!

This beautiful inn was exactly what we were looking for. The room was quaint, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was not far from the interstate, but felt like we had stepped back in time to a farm house in a village.

This was our second time here, and it was better than the first time. I love the features of this historic property. Our room has old hardwood floors and a fireplace. There is a veranda on the second floor for relaxing. One night we got a drink in the tavern, then had it on the veranda. The Inn offers a free continental breakfast, which is very good and has a lot to offer. We ate well every morning. The front desk folks were always friendly and helpful. I recommend this Inn.

The Inn is a beautifully upgraded and maintained vintage lodge that has retained much if its historic character. We did not have the opportunity to dine here, but a local friend tells us the restaurant is excellent.
