Staffs were great. Internet kept dropping out and the manager kept fixing it. Great view and convenient location 15 minutes walk to downtown. The room was easy access, walked straight to the room from the carpark. If not closing the blind, everyone coming through the carpark can see inside when walking passed but as it’s tourist area, noone was at the hotel during the day. The room was a bit dark. Very old style. Bathroom was as clean as can be but gave a bit of unclean feeling for some reason. No aircon just a small fan to plug in. Only one window at the front next to the door handle. So, we had to leave it open at all times or there’s no air circulating. We also had to leave the door open when staying in and shut the door at night. Can’t shut the window. Luckily it’s NZ so I guess it’s quite safe as the window is next to the door anyone can open the door from outside. It’s a security concern. The back door can’t leave open. No fly screen but it seems normal in NZ. The beds are comfy. Soap was too strong on the skin. Room service take the bin put everyday but doesn’t make the bed. Provide microwave, kitchenettes (plates and stuffs) Overall, it was ok. Quite expensive but it’s due to high season.

The room was clean but would have been nice to have air con and also a door hinge on the main door so that it can be left open during the day to allow air flow. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again when in Queenstown as close to town a bus stops

Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a 15 min walk to the town center. A perfect location. Parking is free; however, if you have a huge SUV like the rental agency gave me, you might have some issues because the parking space is tight. I had to park by the garage and didn’t want to leave because I was afraid someone would take that space. My rental wouldn’t have really fit anywhere else.

Owner & staff were very accomodating. Kept checking in with me if I was Ok or needed anything. Close to town, walking distance. Stunning view of Lake Wakitipu everyday. Given a map of the town centre to navigate around town. Altogether was an absolutely wonderful experience in Queenstown & would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.
