Close to coastal credit concert atea

Mateo was great and had the home ready for us. We were looking for a close place to stay to attend the Rod Stewart concert and it could not have been better. The beds were comfortable the house clean and we were home from the concert in no time since the route to the house was Away from the flow of most concert traffic.

I was very dissatisfied with the property. Yard was overgrown, garbage cans were overflowing and the house was full of flys. I talked to the property owner and was told he would address the problem for the future.

Very accommodating hosts !

The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful with our unique situation. My husband is in a power wheelchair and we needed an accessible house. On arrival, we realized we couldn’t get past the small step up to the front door. The hosts quickly responded with solutions and even went as far as to buy a ramp for their home! They made the stress of traveling with a disability much lighter. Thank you!

We had an issue with the property even showing up on our trips. Then we constandly had to message Matt to get verification that the house was still reserved, the house rules as they did not come over in the messages. Also, we were suppose to receive the code to enter the house 30 minutes prior to arrival, but instead they went it 10 minutes before our allowed check in time of 4pm. One of the walls looked like it had blood on it (We have pictures), the paint on another wall had ran while it was drying, and the kitchen cabinets were not installed evenly . Will not rent from this person again.

What a great place!

Needed an overnight stay during a real estate deal. Beautiful home; clean, comfy and accessible. Very smooth reservation process. And, cheaper and far nicer than a hotel room! Would stay again and will definitely recommend to others.

We were traveling with 6ppl for my daughter‘s graduation from NC State. We were looking for somewhere we could all stay together & found this place on VRBO. It was in a great location the place was very clean and updated exactly as described. I even reached out and asked if we could check in early and he made that happen. Very clean, but lacking in location & kitchen

Had 3 bedroom to sleep 6, but not enough seating in living room (not comfortable sofa) or space or seating at dining area to accommodate 6. Also, only 5 dinner plates, 4 small plates, and 4 forks for eating. Very small toilets for adults. Location: Police and DEA we a few doors down upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable.
