We’re 5-7 minutes to Downtown Raleigh, full of restaurants, shops, breweries and parks. RDU Airport is within 15-20 minutes drive.

Fly infestation

I was very dissatisfied with the property. Yard was overgrown, garbage cans were overflowing and the house was full of flys. I talked to the property owner and was told he would address the problem for the future.

Very accommodating hosts !

The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful with our unique situation. My husband is in a power wheelchair and we needed an accessible house. On arrival, we realized we couldn’t get past the small step up to the front door. The hosts quickly responded with solutions and even went as far as to buy a ramp for their home! They made the stress of traveling with a disability much lighter. Thank you!

We had an issue with the property even showing up on our trips. Then we constandly had to message Matt to get verification that the house was still reserved, the house rules as they did not come over in the messages. Also, we were suppose to receive the code to enter the house 30 minutes prior to arrival, but instead they went it 10 minutes before our allowed check in time of 4pm. One of the walls looked like it had blood on it (We have pictures), the paint on another wall had ran while it was drying, and the kitchen cabinets were not installed evenly . Will not rent from this person again.

What a great place!

Needed an overnight stay during a real estate deal. Beautiful home; clean, comfy and accessible. Very smooth reservation process. And, cheaper and far nicer than a hotel room! Would stay again and will definitely recommend to others.

We were traveling with 6ppl for my daughter‘s graduation from NC State. We were looking for somewhere we could all stay together & found this place on VRBO. It was in a great location the place was very clean and updated exactly as described. I even reached out and asked if we could check in early and he made that happen. Very clean, but lacking in location & kitchen

Had 3 bedroom to sleep 6, but not enough seating in living room (not comfortable sofa) or space or seating at dining area to accommodate 6. Also, only 5 dinner plates, 4 small plates, and 4 forks for eating. Very small toilets for adults. Location: Police and DEA we a few doors down upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable.

What you see is what you get!

Our recent stay at this property was perfect! The house is just as pictured. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was clean, comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. Matt was a great host and check in and check out was very easy.When in Raleigh, we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood

This property is lovely and efficient. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the house was meticulously clean. We were vendors at a local event, and I normally haul a trailer; the only downside was there was no place to park the trailer if you aren't great at backing it up (which I'm not).

Awesome stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The house was very convenient to the convention center. It was very comfortable for a family and nice to be able to spread out after a long day if games. Would definitely look to get it again when we are in the area.

The property was perfect for our needs. We wanted to explore downtown Raleigh and our location was ideal. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get downtown without having to get back on a major highway. The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was always very responsive to any questions I had. Enjoyable stay!

Beautiful home

We went down for a quick trip, our kids had tickets to see a concert so we went down for the night so they wouldn't have to drive back so late. The description of this place is exact, all 3 of the bedrooms were very spacious, had plenty of room. There was a tv in every room.The mattresses were extremely comfortable we all slept like babies. Plenty of stocked coffee, clear instructions from the host and great communication. If I had a question he was very quick to respond. There was even pancake mix and syrup in the cabinet if we decided to make pancakes they were there. They provided filtered water in the refrigeratorThe back yard is actually pretty decent size. There are alot of other houses around but that didn't bother us. The back yard had a great fence around it if you wanted privacy it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again when we are back in the area.

Beautiful, quiet home

The home is inviting, comfortable and as described. Mateo sent easy to follow instructions. Not having to also travel with bedding and towels was a plus! The neighborhood is very quiet. Everything we needed was provided right down to a Keurig to make coffee!
