Has nothing to do with the property. The problem is your total lack of service. I've been stricken by pulmonary embolisms and you don't offer any way to cancel my reservations or provide any recourse. Your service sucks and I'll never use it again Additionally I'll provide as many negative reviews as possible about your NO service.

We wanted a location close to the RDU airport. This hotel was about 5 mins from the airport. No problems checking in. Room was clean. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Free Breakfast. Free shuttle service was great.

It was a quick overnight. Just needed a nice comfortable space. Room was large and had everything we needed EXCEPT a freezer section in the fridge for ice packs. We travel with food and needed to keep things cold for the next day.

Spent the night here since I had a flight the next morning. The gentleman who checked me in did not feel welcoming. Went upstairs to my room where the skirting around the bed had hair and dirt on it. I layed down to go to bed and noticed the bed seemed thin and hard.
