We had a great stay. The host was easy to communicate with and the place was just what we needed for a famiy get together. The neighborhood was nice and the home had plenty of room for everyone. Even though some days were chilly while we were there, we still enjoyed sitting out the deck in the morning watching the birds, which included woodpeckers. We would stay here again.

Very convenient to all our activities. Beds were comfortable. Large open living, DR area was great for gathering everyone. Cozy throws kept us warm, since it was a very cold weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed.

My family came in from the UK. This house was perfect for three couples (and a toddler). The house was nice, the neighborhood great, the backyard and back deck were nice and it had everything you could want in a Vrbo!

Lovely little getaway

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This house is located in a super cute and safe neighborhood. Lots of people out walking! The house is exactly as pictured. Basics were supplied well: towels, paper towels, bedding, pillows, extra basic toiletries, some snacks, and kitchen was well stocked. Cute backyard and very cozy and clean house. We felt right at home. Yes, the driveway is steep, but we just parked on the road. No issues. Would highly recommend. Great communication before and during our stay.

Great space

We were in town for a family wedding, and this house was a wonderful place to relax and spend time together in between wedding events. Some in our party had also recently evacuated from Hurricane Helene, so we enjoyed having a cozy place to escape for a few days! The water bottles and snacks were an added bonus! Communication with the host was outstanding!!

It was very neat and tidy. Ms Leigh was very sweet and the hospitality was amazing from her and the housekeeper. We will definitely be staying there anytime we come to town. Thanks again for everything!

excellent location, but difficult to maneuver

In town from out of state for our daughter’s wedding and the start of her moving process. MIL/Grandmother flew in to stay with us since we drove a truck and trailer with many supplies and moving equipment. Side drive way was too steep to park our trailer off of the main road or to safely maneuver with an elderly/less mobile person. Too steep to wheel supplies or a person in or out of the house. There was also a very tall wooden step in the front yard hindering access from the road, if parked there All bedrooms are on the top floor with a steep, turning, carpeted staircase. There are also two major steps down into the living area of the home from the kitchen and the hallway. Again, this is too much for an elderly/less mobile person to maneuver. Location and size were perfect for our stay, but the layout created many unforeseen obstacles for us. We should have asked more questions up front😉 Many people walking dogs all hours of the day in this quaint neighborhood and all were super nice and most were talkative. Impressed by the behavior of every dog! Always felt welcomed and safe in our surroundings💜

Perfect location

Home was in a perfect location and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, and owners even left a treat basket. Owner was quick to answer questions, and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Raleigh!
